
Booking Policies
Payment Policy
Healing Thyme Concierge Nursing is a private-pay concierge nursing service and does not bill insurance companies.
• Payment is required at the time of booking.
• A valid credit or debit card must be securely maintained on file to reserve appointments.
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and eligible HSA/FSA cards.
• For extended visits, specialty services, or packages, payment may be required in advance.
Upon request, clients may receive detailed receipts that can be submitted to insurance providers for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client to ensure personalized, uninterrupted care.
• Clients are asked to provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge of scheduled services booked.
• Same-day cancellations/no-show may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service booked.
Travel & Service Area Policy
Healing Thyme Concierge Nursing provides in-home concierge nursing services.
• Travel within the primary service area is generally included in the visit fee.
• Visits outside the standard service radius (40+ miles) will incur an additional travel fee, and minimum visit times.
After-Hours & Urgent Service Policy
Limited availability may be offered outside standard business hours.
• Evening, weekend, or urgent visits may be available depending on scheduling availability.
• After-hours services will be subject to additional concierge service fees.
Card on File Authorization
To simplify scheduling and billing, Healing Thyme Concierge Nursing requires a secure card on file.
By signing this agreement, I authorize Healing Thyme Concierge Nursing, LLC to securely store my credit or debit card information and to charge this card for:
• Scheduled services
• Applicable cancellation fees
• Authorized service packages or extended visits
